Our company is searching for a seasoned and proficient CNC Mill operator to work in our computer numeric controlled (CNC) mill department. Your primary role will be to uphold our commitment to crafting precision parts and tools in accordance with engineering blueprints and customer specifications. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to run efficiently Haas and Mazak vertical & horizontal machines. Knowledge of multi-axis machines is preferred.
• Must be able to set up CNC Mill machines.
• Familiar with Mastercam, preferred.
• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, and milling.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Understand gauges and measuring devices.
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
• Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.
• Communicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part.
• Ensure that results of machining process align with client expectations.
